
Eric N. Hagberg, Au.D. has been serving the hearing impaired of the Mahoning Valley since 1975. Dr. Hagberg received his Bachelor Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, his Masters Degree in Audiology from Kent State University and his Doctor of Audiology Degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences, a division of the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is Board Certified in Audiology and a Fellow of the Academy of Doctors Audiology and the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Hagberg is the recipient of numerous ACE awards for continuing education. He frequently attends extensive seminars in the treatment of hearing and dizziness and on the latest hearing device technology. By continually upgrading his knowledge Dr. Hagberg is always able to provide patients with the best correction for their specific hearing loss.
Dr. Hagberg currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. He served on the Board of Directors of Marcon Hearing Instruments for more than 20 years and on the Board of the Audiology Foundation of America for nine years.
Dr. Hagberg is known internationally for his research and is active in the education of Audiologists. He co-authored the first hearing aid prescription method with Kenneth Berger, Ph.D. It is now known as the "Berger Prescription", and has been published in four languages.

Arlene joined Neuro-Communication Services in 1987 and Sue became part of our family in 1999. They have more than 30 years of combined service providing patients with timely appointments, filing insurance claims and helping obtain financing and maximum insurance reimbursement. You will find them to be knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They are both trained to provide minor repairs and service. Arlene and Sue make each and every patient feel welcome and part of the Neuro-Communication Services family.
